Results of Computations

This page contains data referred to in the paper Differentiating patients with obstructive sleep apnea from healthy controls based on heart rate – blood pressure coupling quantified by entropy-based indices by P. Pilarczyk, G. Graff, J.M. Amigó, K. Tessmer, K. Narkiewicz and B. Graff.

Data for download:

  1. results_indices.csv (96 kB) – Results of the computations of all the indices for all the 38 patients (19 in the CON group, and 19 in the OSA group).
  2. ope_triplets.csv (32 MB) – All the 620,620 OPE triplets ordered by mean AUC. Each line contains a unique number, mean AUC, SD, min mean AUC, max mean AUC, and the triplet of indices.
  3. hrbpv_triplets.csv (333 kB) – All the 5,456 triplets generated from the HRV and BPV indices ordered by mean AUC. Each line contains a unique number, mean AUC, SD, min mean AUC, max mean AUC, and the triplet of indices.
  4. correlations.zip – CSV files with the Pearson correlations between all the indices (with p-values) computed for all the subjects together and for subjects in each group (CON, OSA) separately
  5. correlations.pdf – high-resolution illustration of the correlations for all the subjects together
  6. correlationsCON.pdf – high-resolution illustration of the correlations for the CON group
  7. correlationsOSA.pdf – high-resolution illustration of the correlations for the OSA group
